In December, 1999, Authorized by Enviroment Program government office of the United Nations, HaofuDe designed and made a gold foil “Mountain and River Pavilion painting”, which was presented to Mr.SRAM, Chief Action officer, who was going to leave his post.

 In December 1999, HaofuDe was awarded “the sole appointen commemoration commodity marketing business” franchise by the United Nations, the 11th Meeting of the Montreal Protocol.

In December, 1999, ShenghuaRen, director of  State Economy and Trade Committee interviewed Russia, presenting as a gift of “Gold—engraved Plate”—HaofuDe Excellent Gift serial to many officials of Russian government.

In March---April, 1998, H.E. Lipeng, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress interviewed Greece and Thailand. HaofuDe was authorized to design and make two gold foil photographs of historical significance, which were presented separately as State gifts to Wannuo, Chairman of the Thailand Congress and Kaclamanis, Head of Parliament, Greece.

In February, 1998, Authorized by China Bank, HaofuDe designed and made “Ancient War Chariot” and “Ancient Coin” wall hangings, which were presented to Ambassadors to China of more than 120 countries during the Christmas.

In February,1998, the former U.S. president George Bush received the copper plate “Tiger going downhill”, which was designed by HaofuDe elaborately, presented Mr. Zhouyongkang, the former president of China National Petroleum Corporation.
